How a wedding day is planned
Wedding transportation is booked as hourly service, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. When you reserve, send the full day in order: where everyone is getting ready, the ceremony address and start time, any portrait stops, the reception venue and the time you want to leave. Dispatch turns that list into pickup times, and the chauffeur's details are sent before the day. Vehicles arrive at least ten minutes before each scheduled pickup, which matters when a photographer is waiting at the church steps.
Because the car stays with you, waiting time is part of the booking. If the couple spends ninety minutes on portraits in Forest Park, those minutes count toward the reservation. It is better to book enough time up front than to extend on the day, since the vehicle may be committed to another client afterward.
Choosing vehicles for the couple, the party and guests
Most weddings use one or two classes. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the natural choice for the couple's exit, at $230 per hour. A Cadillac Escalade carries up to six members of the wedding party with room for garment bags, at $150 per hour. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 14 guests for hotel-to-venue shuttles, at $240 per hour. Sedans start at $120 per hour for parents or grandparents who need a quiet ride. The standard minimum is three hours; special events and peak dates may carry a longer minimum, which is stated in writing before you confirm.

St. Louis settings and the logistics behind them
St. Louis weddings often move between a church or chapel, a park for portraits and a reception hall across town. Popular public backdrops include Forest Park, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Gateway Arch riverfront. Each has its own access rules. The Arch grounds and Laclede's Landing have cobblestone streets, limited vehicle access and designated passenger drop zones, so an evening pickup there needs a pre-planned meeting point. Receptions in Lafayette Square, Tower Grove or on The Hill sit on older, narrower streets where a Sprinter may need to stop at a corner rather than a front door; tell us the venue and dispatch will confirm the best loading spot.
Check the Cardinals schedule before you finalize times. On home game days, streets around Ballpark Village and 8th Street and Broadway close roughly two hours before first pitch, and the Poplar Street Bridge interchange backs up in the evening. A Downtown ceremony on a game night needs extra buffer between stops.
Guests coming in from out of town
Many couples also book airport transfers for family arriving at Lambert. Flight tracking is included on every airport run, so a delayed arrival does not strand a grandparent at the curb. For a block of guests at a Downtown or Clayton hotel, a Sprinter loop to the ceremony keeps everyone together and avoids a string of rideshare pickups.
Practical details
Child seats are available when requested at booking. Open-container laws apply in every vehicle; some vehicles allow sealed containers, so confirm when you book. You may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before pickup. For vehicle photos and capacities see the fleet, and for hourly math see the rates page.
