How a quote is built
Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the distance, the number of stops and the time of day. Hourly bookings multiply the vehicle rate by the reserved hours, starting from the three-hour minimum. Airport transfers use the published fare for your neighborhood. Everything is confirmed before you commit, and the booking form shows the final price.
Extra stops or significant route changes during an hourly booking may adjust the final price, and extra time beyond the reservation is billed by the hour. For recurring travel, a corporate account consolidates invoices.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum for hourly service?
Every vehicle class has a three-hour minimum: $360 for a sedan, $450 for an SUV, $690 for the S-Class and $720 for the Sprinter. Special events and peak dates may carry a longer minimum, disclosed before you confirm.
How much is a one-way ride that is not an airport trip?
Point-to-point rides start at $130 in an executive sedan and $160 in a luxury SUV. Longer trips are priced by distance and time of day.
Do prices change with traffic or demand?
No. There is no surge pricing. Your price is confirmed in writing before you book, and slow traffic does not change a flat-rate trip.
Can I cancel without being charged?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged depending on vehicle allocation and chauffeur dispatch.
Do corporate accounts get invoiced?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive consolidated invoicing with itemized receipts showing base fare, fees and any added gratuity.
