Our dispatch team, based in New York, coordinates local affiliates who know the loading docks, hotel zones, and I-64/I-70 ramps around the convention campus. Service includes airport pickups, hotel shuttles, and hourly standby for multi-day events. America’s Center connects to the Dome at America’s Center via a climate-controlled walkway and offers about 502,000 square feet of exhibit space.
Trade show exhibitors, medical associations, and corporate planners use this service.
Common events include the St. Louis Auto Show in January, healthcare conventions, and fan expos. Attendees stay at the Marriott St. Louis Grand, Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, and Drury Plaza Hotel. Group moves between hotels and America’s Center run on tight schedules. Spring and fall are the busiest convention seasons.
Pricing starts at $130 for a downtown hotel sedan transfer to Lambert.
Group shuttle pricing depends on vehicle size and hours. A sedan from Clayton to STL runs about $130. Chesterfield and Kirkwood transfers range from a written flat rate to $130. For large groups, sprinter shuttles start near $240 per hour. Multi-day contracts can include daily minimums and standby charges.
One limitation is that large group moves require an advance passenger manifest.
We need names, flight details, and hotel assignments at least 48 hours before the event. Last-minute add-ons may not match the original vehicle type. Downtown traffic around Cardinals games or rush hour can shift timing, so we build in buffers.
